Children who having conflict with the Law

Children is our hope to have a better future but what if the children is the detriment in our country. Nowadays children with a conflict in the law are increasing ,one of those reason is being using of children in merciless and heartless criminal syndicate. Its a doleful to think that they are using a person who is not yet old and vunerable to avoid punishment and prosicution. House Panel Chair Mindoro Representative Salvador Leachon tells that children who commits crime should give concerns through have a Bill lowering age crime responsibility ,it will help to minimize the rates of children who having conflict with the law .He said that children will not sent in the jail but to rehabilitate them and also they will not known as a criminal but children who having a conflict with the law Children in the nine below will be exempted in criminal liability while nine years old above but under 18 years old will be exempted if they show thier integrity and sincerity to thier cases.For me low age criminal liability is not to punish a child but help them to have a normal and productive life.As teenager I am agree for what they want to intend because it will help the children to give concern and guidance,there have a lot of children who left alone by thier parents and because of that some children doing illegal act to have money and foods just to be alive.Children is the most important in our world because they are the one who will give us a better future if we help us to conserve them and to protect them in harm’s way. Children who commits crimes should be a ward of state for protection,rehabilitation,reeducation and be given skill so when they matured they can be released in the society with work skills to survive. But not a prison nor a branded criminals .Should be a juvenile detention centres where proffesionals can be retrain them.
